Patehtic Service, an unauthorised order made on my account and no one at vodacom can help

<p>I received a message today saying an online order has been generated on my account, when i phoned in first time the lady put me on hold and suddenly on survey, when i was holding to hear about the order, I've spoken to 4 different people and they just keep transferring from one department to the other, no one seems to be willing to help. I've not made any orders whatsoever. How difficult it is for people to understand that, and cancel any orders created on my account and investigate the matter? Hope to get an urgent help on this matter</p>
