Passing the Buck - Again, 2 years later

What an absolute bunch of IDIOTS!!!!!!! Cancelled my Vodacom contracts in 2016 - purely as trying to resolve ANY queries is next to impossible. You get transferred from one department to the next (and being on hold for 10 min each time) until you either give up, or until the "next" department closes.

2 Years later, and find out I have an ITC listing (not bad payment) - just listed that I have an existing credit agreement with Vodacom that I "supposedly" pay every month.

Call Vodacom - same story, transferred between apartments for an hour - until I get told to phone back the next day. Pathetic. Now take into consideration that Vodacom is the most expensive cellular/data vendor in South Africa, with the lowest service level agreements. They should adopt the McDonalds logo - as they also appear to work for a bunch of clowns.

Hi Ashwin, I beg to disagree with your "Official Business Reply" as it would indicate that the matter has been resolved. You have been in contact with me, but as it stands, the matter has in fact NOT been resolved as the ITC listing still stands as at 2018/11/26, not to mention the scoring on ITC that has negatively affected my profile. So I have to emphasize, matter is not resolved as listing still stands - and although you have personally apologised, an apology does not make the matter "resolved" - results resolve problems.
