Passing the buck

During laste year I've started receiving sms'es regarding subscriptions to various contents which I've never requested. After consultation with our local Vodashop in Vredenbrug I was informed to just ignore all the sms'es as it is a **** to get your information. Since December I've realised that my bill was a bit higher than usual and so it went until I've looked into it and saw on my statements huge fees for "content services". I've contact the same Vodashop again and they've told me that it is subscription via outside companies and they do not have control over the situation. All these amounts since December adds up to an amount of R6,030 and I have to pay for a service which I've never subscribe to but my cellphone company has allowed to deduct costs from my bill. I do feel that someone has to re-imburse me for this lost and that better control meassures to be put in place to prevent such incidents in future.
