Passing the Buck
Vodacom Upgrades called me last year November and offered me an Upgrade on my Data Sim. I received the new modem via RAM couriers. Before the Upgrade, I checked my data balances / usage on a regular basis on your MyVodacom web App. As from December 2017 I called numerous times, numerous service request were logged and closed without any proper resolution entries from your back office. Team Leaders forwarded requests to the person who closed the service request to contact me and to advise why the fault was closed and why if it was closed, I am still not able to view my data balances on MyVodacom Web App. The problem is that since the Upgrade, the datasim number is no longer showing under my list of accounts. When selecting managing accounts, entering the data sim number and data sim card numbers, selecting cannot receive sms, acknowledging terms and conditions, the error message is that i need to link the number. The issue is that I cannot link the number or unlink the number. All that I am getting is empty promises, empty call backs, everybody just passing the bucket without attending to this problem since November 2017. This type of Customer Service from the leading cellular network is unacceptable and pathetic. Why do you offer selfhelp services like MyVodacom Web App if you cannot offer professional and efficient support? What else must I do in order to see my datasim balances on your Web App?
