Passing on my information to harassment company

I have been contacted *again* by an agent at Elite Mobile phoning on behalf of Vodacom telling me that I was going to 'save money' despite having requested months ago to be taken off their list.

After arguing with several members of Elite Mobile to get the CEO's email address so that I could complain in person, I was told that wasn't possible and that I must 'follow the process'

I cannot understand how a company like Vodacom can align themselves with a company that blatantly intrudes and bullies people. Do you really think that I am going to listen after I've said no over 10 times?

Each of the escalated people involved initially apologised, however, once I was not prepared to accept them simply palming me off with their empty promises, they each spoke over me and said they could not do what I requested. I was even told that they would 'do me a favour' and get customer care to phone me rather than me having to phone them! They phoned me in the first place!!

The work ethic displayed by Elite Mobile is atrocious and I am extremely disappointed in Vodacom for having chosen them as a partner. If Vodacom is going to provide my details to a company like Elite Mobile, I will most definitely be porting my number away from Vodacom. I will not be harassed like this.

I was promised a callback within 5 minutes on the same number I phoned on (I have call waiting) - I am *still* waiting 40 minutes later. And I was promised an email to confirm I had been taken off the contact list, despite no one taking my email address.

I want an email from one of the Executive members of Elite Mobile confirming that I will never be contacted again and I want an email from one of the Executive members of Vodacom to confirm that they will not pass on my details to any third parties.
