Passing of personal information

A company by the name of Velocity called my cellphone I didnt respond and they called me at my work number and the guy harassed me into \saving"airtime and buying a smart device. I then asked where he got my number and he says their company has Vodacom's database. I thought Vodacom would be more careful with their customer's information. These calls from outside people are really frustrating and harassing"
