Pass the buck
This is really aggravating. As part of new package you get an Azoomee voucher. Vodacom call centre dont know what or where to find or get it. I am let to believe it's a physical voucher but there is nothing in the box and on Azoomee website no serial numbers off box work? This after trying 135, ***4, ***. Guys where is the voucher? In addition phone was delivered 29/4. Is there no pro rata? Being referred to app is useless. It is about as helpful as Tobi. Fire the bot and get a competent human. Please advise what the Azoomee code is so I can activate on Azoomee

I was transferred to customer care only to be routed again to Tobi who is useless. In addition the app now shows an amount for 2558. Can you confirm this to be the current month plus pro rata or is there another surprise going to happen?
