<p>I visited the vodacom 4 u shop at Eastgate this morning</p> <p>It was almost as if I was part of a party.The staff were gathering together chatting regardless of customers</p> <p>I dealt with 5 different people to sort out my problem.The one lady was so busy playing on her phone in front of me and even when another staff member told her I was waiting she said yes I know.</p> <p>It would seem that the staff feel they are there to have a good time intead of assisting clients.Im not sure I would use that branch in the future as they are not interested in doing their job</p>
