Parts of device gone

Good day, I had a incident on the 15th February 2016 where my sister let my son's device fall and damage the screen. I took it to Vodacom Hout Bay it was sent to Somerset repair centre to get it fixed. When the device came back after a week we noticed that the charging part and the earphone part is not in the device. I took it back to Vodacom Hout Bay and their technician confirmed about the parts and they sent the device back to Somerset repairs. I sent an email to the headoffice with a reply stating that the matter has been look into. The technician gave me call and assured me that the device works 100% , I told him I am not happy as the device came from their repair centre without parts. He asked me for permission to courier the device to Johannesburg repair centre and I agreed just to have surety that the device works 100%. To be honest I am still not happy as I was not given a loan phone my son is very unhappy as he is without a phone for weeks. I phone the Somerset centre almost everday to follow and gets told they will call me back with and yet nothing. I am very dissapoint and upset regarding the service and I want a new device.
