Parthetic service

<p>I requested vodacom to prematurely cancel my contract and the send me the quotation and I paid now the are refusing to send me the settlement letter. Every time I call them they are playing hide and seek. They will them me to call contract retention. Retention will tell me to contact legal and so on. So I don't really know how this guys run business. </p>
