Part 3 - Revenge of the call center

The story continues from the post: taking-money-wrongfully-is-*****-in-my-books-***

I still haven't had any communication from VC. To make matters worse, my voice mailbox isn't working so no-one can leave a message if I miss their call. When I dial 121 I get \This mboxdoes not exist. For assistance dial 111\".

So I dial 111.

17 Mar
Ashley: Can't access my mailbox because I am on contract. Told her that I am prepaid. Put me through to contracts.
Lesego: Couldn't help - both systems down. Asked her to call me when they are up. She called back shortly after- told me that I'm still showing up as a contract and I need to speak to \"Legal\". Offered to put me through.
At this point I told her that the problem is Vodacom's, not mine, and that I would like her to speak to legal, resolve the issue and get back to me. She agreed and then put the phone down.

Still haven't heard from her.

Visited the VC shop on 19th, spent 45m with the consultant. He called in and I got an SMS saying that my mbox has been activated.

Still the same message when I dial 121.

I can't dial 111 as I've exhausted my call center allowance for the month. Emails unanswered.

Time to move on."
