Parental Control FAIL

I keep having the same of issue of having the parental control activated on my phone. On numerous occasions i have gone into store to have it deactivated. I was even told once that it is my phone and i should reset the phone.<br> <br> I have done sim swaps changed phones but the parental control keeps getting reactivated. Really frustrated as i cant even get on to the Amazon website
