Parental control

Some time ago I turned the parental control on, for all 3 my vodacom numbers using the CSD call to *111#. I tested and made sure that the block was active. This gave me a sense of safety that nobody in my family will be able to access mature content. I recently discovered that the block was removed, which made me extremely angry as the feature can supposedly only be turned off by visiting a vodacom outlet and presenting proof of ID and age when requesting to turn it off.<br> I went to my nearest vodacom outlet to try and find out why it was turned off, they could not help me and directed me to the customer care center in Somerset West, they said that the block was never active, \LIES"and turned it back on for me. I got back home"
