Parasitic ringtone
When someone tries to phone me, there is a strange ringtone that pops up. It has happened numerous times and then I need to unsubscribe. But somehow it puts itself back on?! I do not subscribe to ANY content services, I have spoken to Vodacom to block this and it has not worked. I have tried speaking to someone again after the first time but there is no answer and the 'chat bot' tells me that I do not have active subscriptions yet the ringtone won't go off!!
I am truly disappointed in the customer service, this subscription uses my airtime and I keep having to top-up outside of my bundle. Truly disappointed and Vodacom is the biggest cellphone company in SA. Shocking.
