Pakistani Technicians - 3 Repairs in 1 MONTH!

I'm absolutely disgusted by Vodacoms Repair Center! I have no faith in their workmanship. I took my Samsung Galaxy NOTE 4 for repairs because the battery never lasted. They replaced the battery (which I paid) and PCB board. I asked for my old battery but they couldn't find it. I got the phone back and noticed the buttons are not as sensitive anymore and the screen started lifting. I took it back and got a call a few days later to say they can't find any fault. I drove all the way from Fish Hoek and the consultant said they did do the repair. Why the mismatch in information? I tested the phone and the screen started flickering. MY GOD! Don't you test the phone before signing the repair off? Guys, it is 80KM from home to CW and CW back home. It is costing me precious time that I could of been spending with my family!<br> <br> LATEST JOB# ***<br> <br> IF YOU CAN'T DO THE REPAIR REPLACE THE DAMN PHONE!!!
