Painful Contract Application Experience.

Applying for a Vodacom contact has been the most painful experience ever. I first app**** for a contract on the 3rd of April and I was asked to submit some documents for the application which I did. I then received two SMS's stating that my application was approved and that I would get a call from a consultant in 24 hours to confirm the application. I did not receive any call from a consultant so I called them myself 2 days later. The consultant then told me that I had no application on my name and that I should repeat the application process. I took the consultant's advice and app**** it again. I was asked again to submit my documents and I do. I then call Vodacom again 2 days later for an update and I get told AGAIN that there is no application, despite receiving an email acknowledging my application. The consultant then tells me that I will need to apply for the contract yet again, however she advises that she does it on her side so that she knows its there. I send her my documents and she uploads them manually onto the system and tells me to wait 24 hours for a response. I then get an email with a reference number stating that my application has been accepted. I call Vodacom to get an update on what is happening and the consultant who answered the phone tells me there is no application showing on my name again!!! I give her the acceptance reference number and she informs me that she can now see that there is a contract application accepted under my name but that the purchase order wasn't created for it. She tells me that she has escalated it and that I will receive feedback with 48 hours. After 3 days of no response from Vodacom, I decided to call them again myself. The consultant I spoke to tells me the system is showing that my application is STILL pending even though they have all my documents. I have received multiple calls from Vodacom requesting my documents. I have sent my documents to Vodacom 12 TIMES!! and yet they continue to email and phone me requesting the very same documents. I have no idea what to do now. This painful experience has been going on for 2 weeks now and nobody at Vodacom is helping me at all. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
