Paid up letter frustration

I had a contract with Vodacom, which I canceled over the phone But to my surprise I was listed in ITC for non payment. I contacted vodacom for clarity and they referred me to their collection agency which is Hammond Pole Attorneys. I reesuted the outstanding amount and immediately settled the account. Now the attorneys won't provide me with the paid up letter. They always say they will send it later. It's been over a week now. This is totally unacceptable. I need someone to step in and correct this ASAP.
