Paid Up letter
i have paid my account on the 21.10.2020, but that amount is still showing on ITC, can someone urgently assist with Paid up letter- i paid R2 402.65, tax invoiceIN0460T***

i have been sending emails to ***, and no one has called me, to rectify this, i have paid that amount last year on the 21.10.2020, and i have the proof, can someone give me my paid up letter, and update my details on ITC as the account has been paid.
