Paid up letter

I had a contract with vodacom so it went in areas in January I paid it off and told them to cancel it then they gave me 31 working days to receive the paid up letter until today I haven't received it they even blocked my number when I try to call them I just want the paid up letter simple as that because they received my money paid off everything now what's so difficult giving me the paid up letter
