Paid up letter

I requested a paid up letter with Vodacom and I’ve been waiting for 18 days now and I’m trying to purchase something so important and that letter is needed really how long does it take to receive a paid up letter when you have paid and even sent proof of payment just for additional information Vodacom is really messing with me 😭😭😭😭😭

Still nothing I waited a whole day and even tried contacting vodacom but no luck 😭🤦🏾♀️

Today is day 26 I still have not received a paid up letter I have contacted Vodacom and vvm I spent 3 at Vodacom Gallaria trying to get help consults from Vodacom and vvm kept dropping the call on me I don’t think this is fair from being told I will receive the letter within 7-21 and still on the 26th day I have not received it
