Paid up account not updated ITC

I took contract for MacBook and took on payment arrangement till account has been handed over to a collection company.

I paid off the total amount overdue and received my payed up letter from the collections company early this year of 2022 and every time I enquire with Vodacom why is the account but indicating “paid up” and my monthly credit score update still Indicating that I owe Vodacom, every time I call Vodacom and advised to wait 22 days and it will be removed, am actively apply for employment and this is affecting me!

My last interaction was with a lady called Nombulelo Ntoyi she advised that it does indicate that the account has been paid up and it has been escalated to the Legal department.
