Paid R4900.00 and no phone received

Good day We bought a repaired secondhand Note 5 phone from Zahir Khan at a Vodacom Shop Shoprite Centre in Wolmaranstad North West on Saturday 28/10/2017. He said the phone are at Vodaworld Pretoria and he would fetch it on Sunday 29/10/2017, he also said its a good buy and comes with a vodacom certificate. We paid the R4500.00 into his account and got a written invoice. He said I can collect on monday morning. Monday morning I went to collect he said there was a death in family he will go to Vodaworld Monday 30/10/2017 and will deliver the phone to my house as it is on his way, I must send him the coordinates from whatsap. I did. I also bought a Note 5 protective cover which I immediately recieved and a leather pouch which he would bring with from vodaworld for R400.00 cash he gave me no reciept. The 31/10/2017 he gave me a whatsap he is on his way..... he still did not deliver or phoned us to collect this Note 5 and pouch with the vodacom certificate. Please assist urgently.
