paid R2000 to get a broken phone back.

i cracked my screen and decided to send it for repairs through vodacom, they charged me R2018 at long beach mall and i was fine with this as long as my phone got repaired. when it came back for repairs the first time they had damaged my aerial as it was no longer picking up signal and i took it to the tokai store, they tried charging me R500 to repair it. the phone came back from repairs the second time and then the screen stopped working after having it back for four hours. after a month the phone came back for the third time un repaired and no explanation was given as to why. The fourth time it came back it was repaired and all seemed well. after about two days my speaker started acting up, people cannot hear me intermittently and when im typing my speaker makes a screeching sound. The manager at the store said i should let him know if anything acts up. i sent him a message three weeks ago and still haven't received any response or any attempt to try and contact me. My speaker now works when it feels like it and my back-light on my screen never goes off unless i put the phone completely off. i paid R2000 for vodacom to mess my phone up and continue to not repair it thoroughly.
