Paid off account falsely report
I settled my account yet no cancelation letter and each time i call i am transferred to a ghost call, the other day i held for almost an hour being promised i will be assisted. To this day no one assisted me. How do i owe R599 when i have paid off my account and this is affecting my credit score rapidly
