Paid my bill and Vodacom refuses to reactivate my line
I would like to complain about my cell 082****006 I have called your call center more than 10 x . My payment was received on 20th March , I have made more than 10 calls to Vodacom to reactivate and every time it is call center blame accounts , accounts blame the system.
It is a lock down and I need to contact my family. This is so unprofessional of Vodacom sending me from pillar to post with no real outcome
I would like my phone activated immediately or I can drop off your phone etc at your nearest outlet

Finally an explanation was why my line is not activated is a mere " Ma am after the sim swop , Vodacom locked your line and because the line was never used since the sim swop, our systems reflect that it has expired. what the F*&$ now ? I would have used the damn line if you idiots didnt block it entirely !!!!!!.No promises by the call center to escalate my issue or even send me a new F&*^%$ SIM card.!!!!! Now its lock down I have phoned your call center over 30 x , logged complaints and still nothing.
