Paid for services that 'expire'
I purchased data and sms bundles, paid cash AND in advance, then after a period they take them away! How can this be legal? How can the Consumer Protection Act and Agencies not be doing anything about this?

I can understand if they are sold as special offers, but it appears that bundles of sms and data cannot be purchased any other way.

I heard on the radio the response from the Cell companies has to do with their accounting systems. How is it legal that their accounting problems become mine?

Please Peter can you do something about this.
