Paid for no service

I'm disappointed by Vodacom I had a problem with my WiFi Router it did not work since the 1st of April 2026,I took it to kolonaide Vodacom for repairs they couldn't fix it told me to get the new one.Went to the shop on the 8th of May 2026 to get the new Router my problem is the April data was depleted and I did not use any data on April.Vodacom is lying to the customer's for sales never consider their customers.Where is my April data because my Router was in repairs I paid for a month for nothing.i won't recommend anyone this bad network because they did me wrong.
