Paid for device I never received

I've been struggeling with this situation for 6month now.<br> In november 2014 I got a call from vodacom offering me a 3G device.<br> I agreed.<br> The device was never delivered. <br> I then phoned again and was told they can see the device wasn't deliver they will send me another device.<br> Up until today I never received the device.<br> I am paying for it every month but never received it.<br> I phoned again to complain and the whole contract was canceled with the promise that they will refund my.<br> <br> No refund no device...<br> <br> When will this be sorted out!!???!!!???<br> <br> Vodacom have been giving the utmost poor service lately!<br> <br>
