Paid for 5GB of data which has been taken away

I had a 2 year contract with a wifi router. The contract ended today. I gave 1 months notice. I received the 5GB of data on the 1st November and today the data was taken away. The number has been deleted. I phoned the call centre then was put through to another department. After speaking to 2 ladies I was told to phone the call centre again. I am extremely unhappy and I want that data loaded onto my cell phone (I have 2 phone contracts too)
