Paid account in full to TS legal services

I had an account with vodacom that was in arrears and I was contacted by TS legal services to pay the balance. I tried numerous times to get in touch with them to get banking details so that I could pay the account up, after finally getting their details and paying the money owed they have fallen off the map? I have tried to call so many times on various numbers found online so that I can get a statement to say that I am no longer in arrears. It's pointless calling vodacom as they don't handle these types of issues and pass you on to the legal service people. Which ends up being the same round about. Hoping that someone can get in touch with me so that this account can be settled once and for all.
