Paid account Handed to Lawyers & Penalty charged

Hello Peter,<br> <br> I have been paying my account via EFT and notify the call centre and also complained on this platform before and Vodacom called me and told me that they will correct my account and stop the debit order but they never corrected my account but they did stop the debit order.<br> <br> I received an sms from Hammond Pole Attorneys on the 9th of July 2015 that they have been instructed to start legal process on my Vodacom account, I am not happy about this as I have paid the account and notified VODACOM. <br> <br> This is disappointing as I thought this was sorted out but yet I still get collection calls , Attorney's messages.
