Package Migration Fails
I recently had a telephonic call from a Vodacom lady regarding my contracts and she told me that one contract will stay the same and one will increase by 50 rands. How does this increase to an additional 600 rands. That is ridiculous, I have been ignoring you calls and tell others am not interested just to get into a trap by you with this current situation.
I have told you guys financially am not looking to commit to anything I cannot manage or even pay and then boom you hit me with this nonsense. I would like to have this issue resolved immediately or even cancel out my contracts fully since it seems staying with you is being a pain.
