P8lite and Tablet deals went sour

I went to Cellucity Baywest early Sept for an upgrade. Jean-Pierre told me about this nice deal, the P8 lite and the Haweii Tablet that is R289pm on contract and they do not have the phones at the moment but he add my name on a list for people waiting for the phones to arrive. He promise that the phones will be at the store on the 20 Sept 2015 and that they will phone all the people on the list to collect the phones. I did not receive any phone call on that day the 20th of Sept and phoned them the Monday 21st Sept 2015 to which he rep**** that they are still waiting for the phones and they will phone me as soon as the phones arrive in the store. I received a call on Friday the 25th Sept 2015 and they told me the phones has arrived I can come and get my P8lite and the tablet. I told Jean-Pierre that i will only come on the Saturday. When i arrived at the shop the Saturday, there were two gentlemen who told me that they only realised late the Friday that they could not give that specific deal on upgrades and that he is sorry and they busy sorting it out with head office. I am very unhappy and want the deal that was promised to me! I am a loyal client and deserve some respect
