p8 lite

This is one thing I hate doing especially after being a client for many years and not having only 1 contract but 4 contracts with you guys...<br> I recently done a upgrade (August) this year and to date havent received my device...(p8 lite) after numerous phone calls ive been given so many stupid excuses under the sun and ive had about enough now!!! Each week im being told next week...will next week ever come??? Typical example I called last week wed and was told stock was delivered and il get my phone on the Friday. .friday came and went and still I didn't get my phone..I called yday and was told this friday,I called again today and was told the 8th of October. .so im 100% sure when the 8th comes ill probably be given another date..so should I cancel all my contracts and move to mtn? Or telkom for that matter??
