P60 Pro damaged phone sold

Absolutely terrible service from vodacom. They sold me a damaged phone. Can not keep me updated with the repair or replacement of the phone, I am now paying for a phone that I do not have, they refuse to help me cancel the contract. Pathetic and unprofessional service received. After more than 10 years of giving them business this is sad and disappointing to see that vodacom does not value or care about their customers.
