P40 Lite Total dissaster

I have been trying to upgrade my phone since January 2020 with Vodacom's call center to avoid the R150 upgrade fee, I was then also billed over R4200 on my last invoice, according to Vodacom customer care I cancelled the handpiece, so they wanted me to pay cash for a handpiece I never received. Needless to say with no luck eventually after about 7 or 8 failed attemps it was suggested I go to a Vodacom shop. I had to wait for the credit note to be passed before I can do a new upgrade. I went to the Vodacom shop in Kokstad, when I advised that I wanted to upgrade to the P30 Lite 2020 edition, the consultant suggested I take the brand new launched P40 lite I only received my phone today two weeks after my upgrade, the consultant did not advise me that the P40 will not be able to run Google playstore, whereas Youtube (which I need for research) will then not be able to be functional on the headset as everything was in Chinese. The fingerprint sensor is also not 100% operating, I contacted the store immediately and was told that there is nothing I can do about it, I have to keep the phone.

As a very good longstanding Vodacom customer I can not accept this level of treatment.

I would like the upgrade to be cancelled as I can not use the P40 because the phone is not compatable with the apps I require and I was not advised of this by the consultant.

Please treat this matter as urgent
