P30 lite dual sim disabled

On 1 April I bought a Huawei P30 lite at the Vodacom Online shop, it was a prepaid purchase for the device only, and sadly the service i received was **********. 1st there was an issue with the delivery of the device which I eventually made peace with because their service provider that does the Deliveries( RAM) is just as bad as they are. Now as I'm connecting my device I just realized that although this device is advertised as a Dual sim device Vodacom has disabled that function. The main reason that I even brought this device was because of the dual sim capability. it doesn't make sense to me why Vodacom reached that decision and did not disclose that their phone only take one sim. For me it is pointless having this device when it doesn't even fulfill the initial need. I would like this to be sorted out or for them to refund me so I can get a suitable device from another service provider. Vodacom has disappointed me again.
