P30 lite dual sim

I am so irritated by the fact that my P30 lite has a duel Sim feature but I cannot use it. The audacity of vodacom to deactivate something with out the customers knowledge especially when your phone has the feature available. They are basically making decisions for you. If I purchase a product then I should be able to use all it's features. How is that a decision made by the store or company that is selling it to me. I'm so mad right now. How dare they just decide to deactivate this feature. When you call the call Centre they give you a ****ty answer. When I asked why they said because they just don't. Disgusting vodacom.
