P20 Huawei breaks down after two weeks

P20 Huawei froze after two weeks i lost valuable information in phone and also my trust in the device. When call to the Phone its rings but call does not show on phone. Google maps freeze frequently which i use often as i travel a lot. Vodacom has book in phone saying its a software upgrade phone needed thats why is froze and when it happens again they wil send it of for two weeks again so basically since i got the phone in may i only use it for 14 days the other days its been in for repairs. Loyal customer for 15 years
