Owner behaviour towards his employee

On the 26 November I decided to visit the Vodacom at the Phoenix plaza as I was seated waiting for an available consultant I was disgusted by the owner of the shop's behaviour towards his employee. How can you ever use verbal words on your employee and bang the cell phone display table especially she's a female and there's customers around, I was disgusted by the fact Vodacom is such a well known company but the owner of the shop his behaviour was terrible never in my life I would ever step foot at the Vodacom phoenix plaza ??
