Oweing on a prepaid account...

well, if you read the headline... you will realize how ridiculous that sounds, well Vodacom has put on my credit report that I owe them 262rand... the funny thing is my cell phone has been prepaid for the past 5years... can someone please call or mail me with a solution, and advise on how VODACOM plans to get the listing off my name, I have tried to speak to the call center, but then again, I am put from this department to that department, I work shifts so I will prefer email correspondence <br> <br> I highly anticipate your response <br> kalvin
