Overpromises

I was offered an IPhone 5S on contract for R309 pm and delivery within 5 days of which 2 weeks have passed and still nothing. I phoned yesterday again to now be told the offer is discontinued at the time of the sale. How is this my problem if you sold me the phone. Tebogo Ragedi promised to phone me last week of which I am still waiting......<br> <br> In summary you are not treating the customer fairly. Pls refer to the TCF 6 outcomes as this was not app****.<br> <br> OVERPROMISES and NO DELIVERY!!!!
