Overpaid funds

After collecting three additional month’s payments on an arrears account the client had to phone in and find out that account was paid up already. He was never advised of this fact. Now, four and a half months later he is still struggling to have the funds credited to his account. Feedback is never received. A whole month went by without even a reply to emails sent. Every call made to Vodacom takes about 15 minutes with no resolution and just empty promises of escalation. They are very quick to ask for their money but when it comes to getting your money back… no joy.
