Overnight Shipping promised. No show 2 weeks later

I signed up for a deal Vodacom had on their website 2 weeks ago for a Samsung phone with a contract, specifically since they will deliver the next day and my current phone is giving me all kinds of problems. The website states free next day delivery, bla bla bla. The contract was approved and a call center person called me and told me there will be a \slight"delay since they are awaiting stock. 2 weeks later they are still \""awaiting stock\"". I have sent a few emails up and down and a very polite nameless faceless person just keeps telling me they are still awaiting stock. This is quite pathetic Vodacom. When I asked him/her/it if I have any other options"
