Overly frustrated, very disappointed, ********* & Unproffesional

From beginning of February this year, there was an agreement made with me to pay towards my account which was n arrears, I was given an amount specified by them to pay over 6 months till end July. I have been making steady payments of slightly more each month then the amount stipulated. End of June after making 5 payments, I was informed that I am now owing them on further chargers incurred for supposed airtime & data given to me but only charged end of Feb of which I was never informed about. This was due to my contract being reactivated but I immediately phoned them to cancel with immediate effect, as I was still busy paying towards my overdue account & could not have a new contract commencing. I spoke to a Mrs Zanele, early July, who informed me that I should not pay towards the overdue amount and the matter will be investigated. End July they were still claiming I must pay full amount. Now it took me over 300 calls, several dozen emails to track who exactly was this Mrs Zanele, onlly to come right over 4 weeks later, now mid Aug, only to be told matter still being investigated/ I last spoke to her & her manager early Sep, stating that, the investigation has been concluded but I am still being held liable to pay full amount stipulated of which I hesitatingly agreed to do so, end of this month. Now they have deactivated my lines of their system, stating that I have failed to pay end July, but could not do so as the matter was still being investigated, and now Mrs Zanele in legal collections cannot or wont offer aany assistance to rectify this matter

After having a war of words with legal collection manager.only to have her cover incompetence of her team leader, stating that I made no agreement to pay, hence my no"s were deleted to no recovery, after speaking to me 2 weeks ago, after a lengthy investigation, no investigation I might add with a Mrs Zanele"s initial agreement to me over 2 months ago, but now told that due to me not even making initial payment end July, my lines were disconnected, but how could i have made any payment as the matter was being investigated, told it is 2 weeks, but took over 2 months, now. All past payments were made at the end of each month, so if they only spoke to me 2 weeks ago, how could I have made immediate payment. Now they remain rather welcome to hand me over, black list me & drag me to court if needs be as I refuse to pay a cent towards being charged for airtime & data of which was never given & my initial amount owed as i do not even have a line anymore. *********, unprofessional, against standard consumer rights & just unacceptable

Your records state that, but have your records stated that the whole matter was dealt with very unprofessionally, can a review be done on the voice recordings of Mrs Zanele Masuku on the 7th of July with me. Can your records show the many times I have tried contacting her to no avail or no response. Does your records show that I was not given a proper statement until I requested it in Aug. Does your records show, that a matter that was to be investigated after 2 weeks, took 2 months with a very vague email sent to me stating that I am liable to pay for air time & data of which i did not recieve, Does your records show you the initial agreement made with me by a Cassandra in early Feb, that did not even reflect those extra charges, Is my feedback to pay now, having my lines disconnected without any notice to do so. Does your records show the untruth told by Mrs Zanele to her manager after this was not even reported to her in the 1st place & after assuring me that due to an error of not informing me of extra charges incurred, I should not have to pay it, only to have her deny initial agreement & having her manager just cover up this incompetance. I do sincerely apologise for my terrible conduct & foul language but please note, if my lines cannot be reactivated, then I REFUSE TO PAY A SINGLE CENT TO HONOUR THIS>>>>>

What was the feedback from that senior consultant anyways, that i cut the call on them, giving them no indication to pay, but how could I even make payment immediately after speaking to them as all y payments were done month end, So under whose authority was my lines deleted, & how could I pay the balance owed end July, not even sure of the exact amount as the amount was increased, and all invoices & statements sent to me from March to July has zero balances, until I had to ask an agent to email it to me, but even here, it was just what i paid so far & the extra charges. Now I ask you kindly so, as I have already paid 5 installments Of R800 = R4000, why would I hold back last payment end July which was to be the lowest amount but from end Feb to end June, no mention on any extra charges. i sadly realize that it takes a complaint on this platform to even get quick feedback, something I should have done on the onset. Even contact MBD & ask them about there interactions with me for practically the whole of August even trying to track the infamous Mrs Zanele, voicing my dissatisfaction, repeatedly so, having to send them proof of payments after Vodacom has even not sent them these. Go back, analyse & assess all my calls made & speak to every consultant, agent, attorneys & any other affiliate of Vodacom to have this matter resolved. Poor & Pathetic

Is this let me ask, just an excuse for you to identify any areas within your organisation to improve upon, am I just being made an example of poor customer dissatisfaction, so that future clients can be treated far more better & with more efficiency & care. I have been a customer for Vodacom for over 15 to 18 years, how could they even begin to delete my no,s, under what authority to do so & finally does your record show that I have been trying from Fri last week(just one example) of the countless calls to have management contact me, only to have to phone yesterday another 6 or 7 times for them to even acknowledge a call back after was told to be on hold, will be called back immediately to wait an hour, till 5pm, then having to wait a weekend to start the frustrating process again. Repeated calls, wasted time, wasted monies as i had to use land lines, over 350 calls since July till now, Is this let me ask, customer service according to your policies.....

I stand firm, do what you must to hand me over again, blacklist me, take me to court even, I refuse to make any outstanding payments owed, if my lines cannot be reactivated & also how could the system automatically restart me on a new contract when I still had a massive amount in arrears, & still having to pay for airtime & data, never received but still automatically charged for, & all other amounts paid for, where was all this airtime & data...to me Vodacom has truly left a sour & awful taste & I am glad that going forward, will never recommend or ever use your services again, knowing that I was unemployed, managed to get part time work, & further placing undue & uncalled for debt over & above amount owed, agreed upon & then changes as you saw fir to do so. I will add that the management are ill equipped to deal with any queries of this nature, lies, cover ups & all round poor conduct
