Overheating phone!!!! Hazard!!!
Good day!! I took a contract for a iPhone 11 !!! When my phone was two weeks old I took it back to the store and told them that’s it’s over heating!! It was send for repairs and they found nothing wrong!!! But they told me to change my charger and I did !!! But my phone continues to overheat! But now it’s extremely overheating!!! And they say I must take it for repairs again!!! This is a hazard to my daughter and I !!! Every month I’m paying for a phone that’s overheating and extremely dangerous to my daughter and I!!!! Please do something about this!!!! I would like this phone to be replaced ASAP!! This is not safe at all!!!!!!

14 Mar 2023, 00:44I’m still waiting to hear from Vodacom !! I would like my phone to be replaced please !! No one is assisting. I’ve sent many emails , called customer care they can’t help, Facebook they can’t help, even went to the store and all they said i need to take it for repairs again?? So I should be without a phone for two weeks again?? When I need a phone incase of emergencies!
