Overcharging my premiums

I spoke to Ms Khoza - was promised a called back - she did not deliver. Called again and spoke to Truth Cele. Vodacom - why are you overcharging me. I suppose to pay for 2 months and not 3. I want to cancel with you guys and find a better provider.
