Overcharging

<p>I upgraded my contact in April 2017. I signed the upgrade with D'Andre. I signed the contract for R238.50. In May I was charged R318.00. Now again R268.50. </p> <p> </p> <p>2 weeks ago I queried this and D'Andre promised to give me feedback which I never received. Today again I insisted that he must sort this out and ensure that I get my money back. He gat back to me and said accounts can't do anything and that I should contact them myself and revert to social media.</p> <p>I contacted Vodacom accounts and they say that The Irene Village Mall store loaded the upgrade incorrectly and they must resolve the matter. </p> <p>I went to the store and had an outburst with D'Andre, which I am embarrassed about. He says it is not there problem as it is a Vodacom problem.</p> <p>I do not care who's problem it is, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND FIX THE ACCOUNT.</p>
