OVERCHARGING

on 3 march 2015 I took a Vodacom offer Game stores in Zevenwacht mall, Kuilsriver and on the contract i'm supposed to pay R99 but now they deducted R193 on 3 June 2015, R99 on 3 july R2695, 3 august R99, 3 October R2130 and 3 November R477. this was never the agreement and these amounts are not on our agreement because of this lack of consistency I haven't paid my rates account because of Vodacom.<br> <br> whenever I go to the Vodacom store i'm given the run around I never get an answer they tell me they are going to send it to head office but every time I go for an answer they tell me the head office hasn't responded. if you look at these amounts I have paid quiet a lot. I am not happy with Vodacom sort this out.
