On the first of this month, Vodacom deducted more than R4000 from my account for data charges. It is a 3GB Top up contract, not an open line.

I have made several phone calls and gone in to the Vodacom shop where I took out the contracts. I was told that I was charged out of bundle rates on my router. I explained that it could not be possible, since it is a Top Up contract. I was eventually given a reference number and was told that they would call me on Monday. Tuesday morning I received a call where I was told I would receive an sms with an email address to which I should send a copy of my contract....I am still waiting for the sms. I made several calls on Tuesday and had to explain the situation to several different people. Which means the reference number proves useless. After the eighth time I phoned, I was finally given an email address, I have not received a reply. On Wednesday, I made several more calls and was given another email address. I sent the email and contract, but am still waiting for a reply.
I am being ignored by Vodacom. They took my money and is not making any effort whatsoever to rectify their mistake.
